SDI Feedback & Expectations : The Full Picture
Adding feedback and expectations tools to the SDI self-assessments truly complete the relationship picture.

FEEDBACK
Understanding how others perceive you is a vital component to building effective relationships. Feedback that encourages cooperative participation has the power to open the doors of understanding. Our feedback tools offer a non-adversarial way to seek and receive feedback as a positive means to enhance relationships. These materials offer a very different approach by focusing on perceptions of behavior rather than skills or competencies. As we gain awareness of how strengths are perceived by others, misperceptions, misunderstandings, and conflict can be replaced by a more informed view.
The SDI Feedback Edition® can be used for both one-on-one and 360-degree applications to create conversations about potential shifts in perception and/or behavior. More info...

EXPECTATIONS
Understanding expectations is an important and often overlooked part of measuring and managing satisfaction with any role, job, position, or relationship. Each stakeholder related to a role may have their own expectations of what is required of the individual in that role. These differences in expectations can lead to conflict or a lack of satisfaction for the stakeholders or the individual in the role. Our expectations tools can be used as a self-assessment for a person’s own role, as a feedback instrument, or even to clarify expectations of a vacant role. The results can help build consensus about expectations or reveal how to increase personal effectiveness and have a higher level of satisfaction in a situation or relationship.
The SDI Expectations Edition® provides an objective forum to get everyone's expectations into the open and on paper so that they can be compared and discussed in a non-threatening and non-judgmental way. More info...
