When Relationship Awareness is truly integrated into a program, there are more opportunities to reinforce learning and increase the likelihood of application in the workplace. We can help you to select from available activities and modules or create new ones to drive learning and application.
NEEDS IDENTIFICATION
The training engagements we design are always grounded in the unique needs, strengths, culture and history of our clients - not a "one-size-fits-all" prescription. Personal Strengths can help identify an organization’s needs and the measures that indicate success. If training is not the answer to fulfill the need, we'll say so and help you find the right solution.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT & REINFORCEMENT
While the majority of our products and services are based on Relationship Awareness, we recognize that awareness alone is not enough. It is only the first step in ensuring lessons learned will result in sustained behavior change and performance improvement. Out of awareness we can effectively move into skill development. Personal Strengths incorporates skill-building activities designed to give participants actionable techniques for improving their interpersonal effectiveness.
Our training methodology revolves around sustained retention and application by participants. Training engagements with Personal Strengths build in reinforcement strategies such as action planning and coaching support to inspire behavior change and sustained behavior improvement well beyond the classroom.
MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION
The return on investment achieved from improving relationships can be measured in a number of ways depending on the specific goals of your engagement -- increased sales, improved morale, decreased turnover, decreased EEO complaints, etc. We can help to document post course satisfaction, learning, application and business results.
