Training engagements with Personal Strengths build in action planning and coaching support to focus and transfer learning to the real world -- making it work and making it last well beyond the classroom.

To be effective, Relationship Awareness must flow into the culture of an organization. Personal Strengths helps our clients attain self-sufficiency. Our aim is to work with clients to develop a strong internal support mechanism to ensure increased development, motivation, and performance while reducing dependence on external support. Training engagements will often include SDI certification, co-facilitation, and refresher workshops to ease this transition to self-sufficiency.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
We understand that people have different learning styles and preferences. As such, we use accelerated learning techniques, mixing the various learning preferences, to maximize the opportunity for all participants to learn effectively. We use a blend of methods (group & individual activities, multimedia, online, classroom, etc.) deemed most appropriate to maximize the success in reaching training goals.
